Duke Nyarecha

Duke Nyarecha, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to helping individuals achieve emotional wellness and resilience. At Dumu Psychiatry, he provides patient-centered care grounded in empathy, respect, and evidence-based practice.

Dr. Nyarecha specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and substance use disorders. His holistic approach integrates psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle interventions to help clients restore balance and enhance their overall quality of life.

As co-founder of Dumu Psychiatry, Dr. Nyarecha’s mission is to foster a safe and supportive environment where every person feels heard, valued, and empowered throughout their journey toward healing. He believes that mental health recovery is possible for everyone and is deeply committed to meeting each client with understanding, compassion, and professionalism.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Nyarecha is actively involved in community outreach and behavioral health education, championing expanded access to high-quality psychiatric care across Idaho.
